The Visitor Registration Center is located in the South Lobby of Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center.

A visitor badge is required  to access the event and will be scanned upon entering the exhibition hall. Please also bring your passport  for ID.

Your visitor badge grants you full access to Halls 1-8 and to all concurrent events during the show period.

China has resumed issuing all types of visas for foreigners since March 2023.

Public health and mask restrictions are no longer in effect. You’ll simply need to complete the China Health Declaration Form on your mobile, which is a document that must be completed by all travelers entering China.

they are eligible for a visa-free entry or a visa-on-arrival.

To avoid the risk and inconvenience of denied entry, we strongly recommend you secure a valid visa before travelling to China. Please also note that this must be done through the proper

government channels. Outside of providing a visa invitation letter, show team staff play no role

in the visa process and regrettably will be unable to assist you.  

It’s very easy. To request a visa invitation letter, you simply need to forward your NEPCON ASIA 2023 Confirmation of registration email to [email protected]. We will assist you on your VISA.

Yes. You can register onsite at the registration counter, located at the South Lobby in the Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center.

However to facilitate the registration process and potential wait times, we highly recommend you register before the event.

Upon arrival at Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center, please proceed to the South Lobby to pick up your badge. You will also need to present your registration confirmation email and passport.
